Patty is 1997 graduate of the Essex Group Bodyworker’s Institute, formerly of Verona, New Jersey and a New Jersey State Licensed Massage Therapist.  She has studied several modalities throughout the years and is currently studying JFB Myofascial Release Approach.

She has been in the healing industry for over 25 years and has cultivated a genuine way with people and loves to help empower them.  Sessions are combinations of different therapies, using a little bit of this and a little bit of that, and some input from her own life experience.  A massage session with her is very unique and some would say its closest to a sports massage.

Human touch is profound in itself, non-verbal, conveying much.  Myofascial Release and many of the other more subtle modalities bring about presence, incredible body awareness and deep feeling!  I'm sure you have heard the saying "You must feel it to Heal it!"  Truth be told!

Her affiliations include the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP) and the American Herbalists Guild (AHG). 

Patty also completed a 4 year Clinical Herbalism program with internationally known herbalist, David Winston RH(AHG).  Herbal Wellness Consultations and customized Constitutional Formulas are available.

Patty wears many hats and combines massage with wellness, herbs and travel.
